pizzeria Da Clara mainly uses fresh ingredients and seasonal products, however, due to organizational needs and to protect the safety and quality of the preparations as much as possible, some ingredients or processed products may be chilled at a negative temperature before use. Furthermore, in some cases, some ingredients could be acquired directly in frozen form.
